This once was a great fishery with a wonderful hatch of Olives and surface feeding trout in early May. The Lake is now under new ownership. I am informed that most of the weed has been cut away 18th May 2012, lets hope that this improves the fishing. I'm not sure that the cutting will eradicate the weed problem, but it is possibly a step in the right direction.
